Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once processed, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@thesquishylab.co and we'll investigate right away.
Multiple Items Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Don't worry if everything doesn't show up at once!
